Once your item arrives at our warehouse, we’ll review it and process your refund within 14 days.
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you find an issue — such as a fault, damage during delivery, or receiving the wrong product — contact us right away so we can put things right quickly.
Need a different size or style? The quickest solution is to return your original item, and once it’s accepted, place a new order for the replacement you want.
Refunds are typically issued within 7–10 days of us receiving your return. If your return is approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method. Please keep in mind your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds to your account.
